"Copy message" copies text to paste into a chat with Claude. "Open in Claude" opens the Claude desktop app directly with the message ready — you just click Send (needs the Claude desktop app installed on this device). Either way, Claude opens the link in Chrome and starts filling in your details, then shows you the form before submitting anything. If you tick "behind a login", Claude will pause at the sign-in screen for you to log in yourself — it never enters your password.
The "Generate CV & cover letter" button writes your documents on GitHub, where your Anthropic key already lives as a repository secret. This page never sees that key. It needs a GitHub token of its own so it is allowed to start the run.

That token can start this one workflow in this one repository and nothing else. It is saved in this browser only, exactly like your Dropbox connection, and never leaves it except to talk to GitHub.

Built from Legal Cheek's deadlines calendarplus a daily sweep of London firms' own application portals, so events the calendar never lists still show up. Every event here has been checked against the firm's own site. Only events a graduate can apply to: London offices and virtual sessions, no barristers' chambers, no solicitor apprenticeships, and no first- or second-year schemes.

Direct training contract deadlines open to graduates — auto-refreshed daily
Sourced from Legal Cheek's deadlines calendar, manually checked against each firm's own site so only training contracts open to graduates applying directly (no prior vacation scheme needed at that firm) are shown. Opening dates marked "estimated" are carried over from last year's cycle where the firm hadn't published this year's exact date yet — worth double-checking on the firm's site nearer the time.

Firms the daily sweep cannot read — the only ones you need to look at by hand
Every other London firm on the list is swept automatically each morning, and anything it finds shows up under Open Days & Insight Days. These are the ones it could not read. Most of them turn away automated visits, so their events will never appear on their own. Open each firm's page, and if you find something, add it with + Add an event yourself on the Open Days tab so it sits with the rest and keeps its deadline.
